Symptoms

When attempting to run a Payment Process,  the Payment File transmission ends with error:

From the log file:

oracle.apps.financials.payments.sharedSetup.transmissions.publicModel.util.SecureFTPPutFunction::sending file
oracle.apps.financials.payments.sharedSetup.transmissions.publicModel.util.SecureFTPPutFunction::oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: Remote directory /inbox does not exist on the server.
oracle.apps.financials.payments.shared.util.publicModel.common.util.CodePoint::java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
oracle.apps.financials.payments.shared.util.publicModel.common.util.CodePoint::oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.ApplcoreException: JBO-

===> exception is due to remote directory. it either does not exists or user 'forcusaach0720' does not have permisisons to write to it

Setup is done to transfer the file via SFTP using public/private key file.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Payables
2. Navigate to: Payables / Payments
3. Task: Submit Payment Process Request
4. Enter all the information for payments and submit

-> Process error out:

oracle.apps.financials.payments.sharedSetup.transmissions.publicModel.util.SecureFTPPutFunction::sending file
oracle.apps.financials.payments.sharedSetup.transmissions.publicModel.util.SecureFTPPutFunction::oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: Remote directory /inbox does not exist on the server.
