LIGHTBOX: Users Unable to See Documents in Lightbox After Rel13 Upgrade (Doc ID 2477062.1)

Symptoms

 After 18b update , users are unable to view the documents that they have uploaded to Lightbox. Lightbox lets the users upload a document and give a message indicating that the document has been uploaded successfully, but uploaded document is not displayed the panel.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to CRM.
2. Navigate to Lightbox.
3. Upload document. Note that the message has been uploaded.
4. Once the message disappears, uploaded document is not visible in the panel.
