Symptoms
Customer Hierarchy import jobs are stuck at 40th step in production
User is importing 50K customer hierarchy files ,2 in parallel. one file is getting completed in 45 minute but second file gets stuck at 40th step.
User has validated that updates are getting reflected in UI even tough the job is not completed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Both imports should complete with no issue
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to fusion applications
2. Navigate to file import activities -> Run first import job
3. Then after run the second import job
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
There is no business impact as records are being loaded however the job status should change to completed / successful and not being stuck which is introducing a functional impact on how the process should end.
