PRC:SSP: Punchout Catalog fives Time Out After 30 Minutes

Symptoms
Shoppers are being ‘timed out’ when shopping from punch out catalogs after 30 minutes. Specifically, if user punches out to a catalog and it takes more than 30 minutes to complete filling their shopping cart, he is not able to submit it.
The cart then disappears and they have to start over.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Punchout Requisition
2. Shop on Supplier Punchout Catalog
3. Attempt to "Return Cart to Purchasing Application" at checkout
4. Returns to Purchase Requisitions and no requisition is created from the cart
Changes
No Changes Done Locally -Application default settings need modified
