Invoice Line Region Is Minimized (Doc ID 2477233.1)

When you navigate to the Edit Invoice form from the Invoices landing page, the Lines region of the form is minimized. Users have to manually expand the Lines region using the arrow icon to see Line details.

Was this a change released in the recent 18C update?

Can this be updated to always open with the Lines region expanded? Users don't want to have to expand the Lines manually each time they open the form.
