Invalid Non-Working Timesheet Hours Cannot Be Viewed, and if They Are Submitted Results in Incorrect Total Hours in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2477497.1)

Symptoms

Invalid Non-Working hours accidentally entered cannot later be fixed on the Details page, and results in incorrect Summary bar Total Hours display.  And if its Timesheet is submitted the timesheet entry is unexpectedly approved while other timesheet category hours are still in Submitted status.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Add hours to a timesheet (Project and Non-Project Time)
  2. Enter an invalid entry for Non-Project time, then click away onto another field
  3. Return an enter another valid entry, and dismiss the popup message
  4. Submit the timesheet
  5. Result: Total timesheet hours are not getting recalculated
