Last updated on OCTOBER 06, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Cloud Service - Version 11.13.18.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The user is unable to undo Initial balance load process.
Looking to the ESS logs for undo processes found bellow error:
ERROR:java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: You cannot roll back or mark this process for retry, because subsequent processing has locked the results of this process. Details: As a remedy, roll back or mark each subsequent process that locks the results, and then retry the first process. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_BAL_ADJUST_PKG", line 2663 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_BALANCE_UPLOAD", line 7429 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_BALANCE_UPLOAD", line 7961

This shows there are payroll processes executed after Initialize Balances which should be rolled back before undo Initialize Balances.
