Logout Due To Inactivity In Prime Requires You To Close Out The Browser Completely (Doc ID 2477678.1)

Symptoms

When Prime logs you out due to inactivity you currently cannot log back in from the same browser window.

There is an "internal server error" after your session is timed out and you try to log back in. Then you have to close out your browser and re-open it.
