Resolutions Are Not Visible In Outcomes (Doc ID 2477686.1)

Resolutions are not visible in Outcomes

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Added the resolutions to Outcomes in "Manage Service Request Outcomes and Resolutions"
2. Save and Close
2. Go into "Manage Service Request Outcomes and Resolutions" again, the new added resolution is not visible in the outcome.

When check in the SR, the new added solution is list under the outcome, but I am not able to maintain the outcomes with their solutions.

And when I add the solutions under the outcome, it's not able to select the solutions, I need to copy the values from "Manage Service Request Resolutions"
