Child Maintenance Values on Calculation card
We are creating Court Order and Student Loan for Child Maintenance Services.
We need to pay it on Monthly basis but still system is asking us to enter all values for Monthly/Weekly/Fortnightly/Lunar Monthly.
If someone is paying Child Maintenance on a monthly basis then payroll officer expects to enter only Monthly amount but as of now we have to enter all 4 values.
For Child Maintenance in Enterable Calculation Values in calculation card we have to enter values for monthly/weekly/lunar monthly/fortnightly also even though employee is paying support on monthly basis.
Business flow that is affected by this Enhancement / Who is the user: Payroll Officers enters the calculation card details.
Example of a business scenario supported by this enhancement: Employee is paying monthly child maintenance support.
Suggestions on how the product can be changed to achieve the desired result: We can modify our calculation card to use only one value(monthly, weekly, lunar monthly, fort nightly) also and if user is entering multiple values then we can use priority in it's fast formula.
This requirement is UK Legislation Specific.
Test Case Example:
Child Maintenance Court Order
Create a Court Order and Student Loan type calculation card
Click Continue and the add calculation component
Enter Calculation Component Details
Click on Enterable Calculation values on Calculation card
Click OK and then Submit. It gives Error
Now add Weekly rate and then Save. Again it gives error. We need to enter all 4 calculation values then only it will get saved even though we have to Pay support on Monthly basis only
Now enter all the details and Save. It will accept
"an override value is required for the overrride type normal deduction rate weekly (HRX-1561213)"
"an override value is required for the overrride type normal deduction rate lunar monthly (HRX-1561213)"
