The 'Close Window' Button Does Not Work on Records Accessed via the Business Process Record URL (Doc ID 2478013.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Close Window button does not work on records accessed directly via the Business Process Record URL.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The button should close the window.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier.
  2. Access a workspace and open a Business Process (BP) record.
  3. Copy the URL for the BP Record.
  4. Enter the URL in a new browser tab/window.
  5. Note the reported behavior.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot close the record form by clicking Close Window button.
