EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Hint help should be shown available.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Schedule
  2. Select Baseline
  3. Go to Baseline Dates and select the '?'
  4. Notice Hint Help is partially hidden
