ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A colleague record was terminated by mistake. While trying to reverse terminate the record we are getting an error.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to reverse terminate a specific employee.
ERROR:

"An application error occurred . See the incident log for more information
An Application error occurred . Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 182 ,Server Domain. FADomain , Server instances :UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP
The effective end date must be earlier than the effective end date of the next record (HRC-1035095)
Another record exist with effective date of 4712-12-31
