Photo Files That Are Attached to Issues on Web Do Not Load (Doc ID 2478354.1)

Symptoms

On Prime Projects: 18.9 version, Cloud: Mobile Apps

When attempting to view photo files attached to issues, files are slow to load if they load at all, and the following error occurs.

ERROR

System Message
Unable to open file.
Refresh the page and try again.
If problems persist, contact your administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From within Prime, select a project.
2. Select Field > Issues.
3. Select an issue to witch images have been attached.
4. Select Files tab in the lower pane.
5. Click on one of the image files (.png or .jpg).
6. Error message appears.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view images attached to issues.
