Symptoms

Unable to search Item in Catalog (Purchase Requisition)

Customer is unable to search specific Items which are there in BPA in the catalog area of (Purchase Requisition). There are similar Items of same category which they are able to search.

BPA is active, Item is Active, Item is assigned to IO, other searched Items are having the same category, able to see the Browsing category name which is defined in the Local Catalog (category name assigned to local catalog).

 

For the agreements created, below query can be executed to find if records are missing

poh.segment1,poh.po_header_id,pol.line_num,pol.item_id,
poh.document_creation_method
FROM fusion.po_headers_all poh, fusion.po_lines_all pol
WHERE poh.po_header_id = pol.po_header_id
AND poh.type_lookup_code = 'BLANKET'
AND poh.DOCUMENT_STATUS = 'OPEN'
AND pol.po_line_id NOT IN ( SELECT po_line_id FROM
fusion.po_attribute_values_tlp tlp WHERE tlp.po_header_id = pol.po_header_id)
order by poh.segment1 desc;
