ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 - The Third Party Payment Register Summary and Detail reports are not showing any data asside from the header information.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 - The client expects for the output to be populated with the required data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a payroll user.
2. Go to Navigator > Checklist
3. Go to Submit a Process or Report (Right Side Task Pane)
4. Select Legislative Data Group > Search for Third Party Payment Register
5. Enter Parameters > Submit
