Cannot Rollback Employee Prepayment: Error ORA-20001: You Cannot Roll Back Or Mark This Process For Retry (Doc ID 2478622.1)

When attempting to click Calculate QuickPay Prepayments person name name on View Process Results page , the following error occurs.


An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 379, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.

When click errors, bellow errors are shown:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Payroll/ Search for person. Click View Process results.
2. Processes Calculate Quick Pay Prepayments and Calculate QuickPay fo 30-Nov-2018 are shown.
3. When click Calculate QuickPay Prepayments flow name and person name, above errors are shown.
4. When rollback it nothing rollback and no error on the page
