Is there any option to delete External Account uploaded initially by using PBL ? (Doc ID 2478643.1)

Goal

We have uploaded External Account Details for some Employees using PBL. We want to delete the External Account Details now. Is there any option to delete External Account?
I am aware of inactive External Account. But that option will still keep the record visible on front end.

The External Accounts were loaded using PBL. The HDL method would need ExternalBankAccountId which was not populated in PBL. Can you help me how we can delete the External Accounts uploaded using PBL?
