Goal

Financial plan type not defaulting from project template while creating budget manually.
Users have two financial plan types : One with budget generation as "Absolute" and other with "Advisory".
They use the types in two different types of project templates.
Once the template is used for creating projects , then while creating budgets manually it should get defaulted and user shouldn't enter manually.
