Unexpected exitToBot event in callbacks from chatbot of InstantApp to Iframe in OMCe (Doc ID 2478754.1)

The InstantApp has different ways to return a callback to chatbot.

When using Dos, the expected behavior is to receive a callback from an Iframe, and another event when user closes the window.


  1. There is error when Iframe sends a callback to a smart bot with the exitToBot event.
  2. The chatbot transition runs perfectly, but when the user closes the window, for some reason, InstantApp sends another callback, and chatbot executes another transition, which executes exitToBot.
