Symptoms

On: Oracle Analytic Cloud Service,

 

Upon creation of reports using bullet lists, when added to briefing book

The bullet points are incorrectly converted into question marks (?). 

For example : 

. Item 1 
. Item 2 
. Item 3 

is converted into 

? Item 1 
? Item 2 
? Item 3
