Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier Instance : after updating to any version
Immediately following a product update in any Oracle cloud hosted Unifier instance; processes are taking minutes to complete and records cannot be created.
- It takes minutes for the process to complete after the user clicks on Send or Finish Editing in any record, or Save in any object.
- When trying to create a new record, processing starts and eventually the following is returned:
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
