P6 Professional Has Empty Database List When Accessing Via Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD) (Doc ID 2478929.1)

Symptoms

When users are provided application access to PVD (via the cloud admin tool), and those users connect to the Secure Global Desktop and launch P6 Professional, NO database aliases are listed (or only PMDB is listed) for them to choose/log into.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Assign PVD (Primavera Virtual Desktop) application access to a user.
  2. User to connect to Primavera Virtual Desktop.
  3. User to launch P6 Professional.
  4. On the Databases tab, no database is listed.
