Update The Start Date On The Relationships (Doc ID 2478974.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to update the start date on the relationships. Due to this restriction, when the user makes an error, which happens frequently, users end up creating multiple relationships as a work around. Users do not like the fact that multiple relationships have to be created in an error scenario.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Would like the start date to be editable after it is entered and saved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Search and edit an account
4. Switch to the Relationships tab
5. Enter the From Date (Start Date)
6. Save
7. The From Date cannot be updated
Note: this requires that the From Date and To Date fields be included in the layout

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the From Date (Start Date).
