Symptoms

When attempting to access Cloud account with PVD, even holding down the shift key, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Trying application server <>
Starting execution protocol engine

Session failed: Network Level Authentication failed.
Please retry the launch whilst holding down the Shift key.
Session failed: Network Level Authentication failed.
Please retry the launch whilst holding down the Shift key.

STEPS

  1. Log into the Web Page
  2. Click the Primavera Virtual Desktop link
  3. When the Secure Global Desktop page launches, click "P6Professional " link to launch the Remote session, into the server for P6 launch

      Result: The Error launches
