Budget Is Not Getting Upload Via FBDI Or ADFDi (Doc ID 2479181.1)

Goal

In FBDI upload, we are getting the following error - Calendar period is invalid. Provide a valid period for the ledger.

Lines with the same period get uploaded successfully, other fail.

The period is opened.
