BIP Job Scheduling Is Not Triggering At Scheduled Times (Doc ID 2479356.1)

Symptoms

When scheduling jobs from BIP: After modifying the end dates of BIP scheduled jobs, after modification jobs are starting late.

For example, one BIP Job which is scheduled to run every day at 05:56:02 AM UTC time is not getting started at the same time.
One job is scheduled to run at 5:55:56 but the job ran at 05:56:02.
Some jobs are scheduled to run at 9 PM UTC but now they are starting at 2 AM UTC
The time at which the job is triggering is not always consistent.
We tried changing the schedule couple of times and every time this issue is happening.



Changes

 No changes, first time to modify the end dates of the schedule
