Symptoms

"CREATE DECLARATIONS" agent action is not available for "GTM SHIPMENT" agent type

Steps to replicate:
1) Create new agent navigate Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agents
2) Enter agent ID, select Agent type as GTM SHIPMENT
3) Select applicable Agent Events
4) Go to Agent Actions, look for action CREATE DECLARATIONS
Agent action CREATE DECLARATIONS is not available in Agents with Agent type GTM SHIPMENT.
