On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Manage Accounts Payable Balances-Close Payables Period

When attempting to complete accounting for a PO matched invoice in the Edit Invoice Page the following error occurs.

An error process_cancel_tax_lines: -1: ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.ZX_DETAIL_TAX_LINES_GT_U1) violated has occurred which causes tax calculation to fail (AP-810595)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to: Payables / Invoices
3. Query the invoice
4. Invoice Actions / Post

An error process_cancel_tax_lines: -1: ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.ZX_DETAIL_TAX_LINES_GT_U1) violated has occurred which causes tax calculation to fail (AP-810595)
