Symptoms

When attempting to create a Supply Type - Transfer Order, the request fails in Supply Orchestration with the below message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to 'Manage Supply Lines'
2. Attempt to create a Supply Type - Transfer Order
3. Note the error message
