Fusion Applications - Global Payroll - Retro Pay Not Working For New Hired Employee (Doc ID 2480165.1)

Goal

We have urgent issue for hired employee in last month (Oct/2018). they hired this month with effective start date in 28/Oct/2018. below is the steps we followed to pay for them retro payment October when run November payroll:

1. Correct employee assignment to make assignment status is active without payroll ( in this employee active but employee will be out of payroll or quickpay).
2. Run quick pay for this employee for October period. (In this case system should notice that this employee active but there is no payroll for the employee).
3. Correct employee assignment again and make assignment status is active with payroll. (no employee active with payroll since his hire date "28/Oct/2018".


Run Payroll flow for this employee on November payroll did not catch this employee.
