Fusion Global Payroll: Cannot Roll Back Load Time Card Batches Process (Doc ID 2480238.1)

Symptoms

Business uses 3rd party files and run the Load Time Card Batches process via Payroll > Administration > Submit a Payroll Flow > Load and Transfer Batch.

They need to roll back this process as the files were missing time cards. This was done previously via Roll Back Batch Transfer, but it is not finding out batch.
