On: Oracle Prime 18.10 version, Cloud: Field Issues
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Subcontractor issues not visible for user(s) on the web (Field > Issues).
Subcontractor is trying to access the issues that are assigned to him on the web (Field > Issues). User logs in using Chrome or Firefox, but no QA/QC issues are visible.
User was previously able to view issues on the web, but user sees nothing after logging into tenant. User can see the issues on mobile.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users would be able to view issues on web and on mobile.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User logs in and navigates to Field > Issues
2. Select View: QA/QC Issues
3. No issues are visible
