ER-No Option To Change Effective Date Session On Person Benefit Group Screen (Doc ID 2480325.1)

No option to change effective date session on Person Benefit Group screen

In Benefit Service Center, under Enrollments, after we search for an employee when we go to "Manage Person Habits and Benefit Groups" to associate a Benefit Group for an employee, there is no option to change the effective date.

But if you see the "Manage Person benefit Balances" screen, there the effective date is editable and the date can be changed.

Need the effective date under "Manage Person Habits and Benefit Groups" to be editable. The reason is, if we need to associate a benefit group for a future or past date, every time we need to come out and search the employee with that effective date and then again need to go in to benefits group screen to associate the benefit group as of that date.
