Symptoms

The following error is received when running Create Resource API:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Download Create resource template from Administration > Data Import & Export > Download Data Integration Templates
  2. Get API session ID
  3. Run the API call to create the resource
  4. Error is received

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create resources using the API.
