Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Candidates Uploaded Using HCM Data Loader (HDL) Are Not Appearing in Candidate Search (Doc ID 2480442.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

Candidates were loaded into Recruiting using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and their records are present in the IRC_CANDIDATES table.

However, even after running the scheduled process Maintain Candidates and Job Requisitions for Search, the candidates are not appearing on the Candidate Search page.
