CX Mobile - In Detail Screen From Service Requests the Description Does Not Show Line Breaks (Doc ID 2480654.1)

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, CX Mobile Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

How to format description field for service request object in CX Mobile application.

Is there any way where we can format the description field in service request object on CX mobile application. As of now description is not formatted properly in CX mobile application.

Immediately after drilling down on service request we see the OOB Description field un-formatted (without line break). After click edit and we verify that the text is formatted 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The message should be formatted like in SUI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In CX Mobile application drilldown on a service request
2. Verify the Description field is not formatted

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the description of SR formatted.
