Symptoms

A LearnCenter user cannot see the Online Course option in the Event Type drop down in the Filters section at Control Panel > Enrollments > Enrollments.

The same user can see the Online Course option in the Event drop down when adding an enrollment at Control Panel > Enrollments > Enrollments > Add Enrollment.
