Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Data Management in ARCS Cloud fails to import valid records

Trying to import one file with 6 records into Data Management, however, the data management imports only 2 records & discards 4 of them. The only difference in the records is one of the columns in file - "Details".

For the rejected records, the column "Details" has text entered into cells with a line break, i.,e "Enter" & Data Management treats this space as unicode character � & does not import these 4 records.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All records have to import.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Import step from DLW
