SHDL load failing as value set of the field that is being updated is returning two values
SHDL load to complete successfully
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. updating HR Reporting Proxy field under 'HRX_US_LOC_EEO_VETS_INF' in location legislative EFF.
(This field is populated by value set HRX_US_REP_LOCATION which derives values using a SQL query)
2. This SQL query is returning same location twice leading to update failure.
+ *Additional mention bellow
Details (on the latest facts):
Both tables PER_LOCATION_LEG_F and hr_locations_all contains date-split historical data. Hence you have to add additional condition to "where" clause like below.
FROM fusion.PER_LOCATION_LEG_F pll,
WHERE pll.location_id = hl.location_id
AND hl.active_status ='A'
AND pll.LLE_INFORMATION_CATEGORY LIKE 'HRX_US_LOC_EEO_VETS_INF'
and sysdate between pll.effective_start_date and pll.effective_end_date
and sysdate between hl.effective_start_date and hl.effective_end_date
order by 1
Value Set: HRX_US_REP_LOCATION is a protected value set and users from front end cannot make any changes. Any changes in the query need to be done from Oracles side.
observing that post 18 C update (applied on this instance on 11/2/2018) I see all custom SHDL templates missing. Can you please check ?
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete SHDL load
