Downloaded Contract PDF Format Not Matching With XML Uploaded (Doc ID 2481155.1)

Downloaded Contract PDF format not matching with XML uploaded

While downloading the contract PDF, the format is getting scrambled and not at all matching with the XML format uploaded using export-import functionality during the creation of the clause and terms template. But while downloading the contract in word format from "Terms Action" using 'Microsoft contract word plug-in', the downloaded format is matching with the XML uploaded, but there are several issues with the PDF generated like:

1. Numbering sequence is getting omitted or italics somewhere.
2. Extra character is getting added unnecessarily.
3. Content is getting bold frequently.

The Contract Print Preview PDF should match the Imported XML file

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Clause created through Import
2. Term template attached to Contract
3. Preview got disturbed

N.B: As per our customer security policy, we are strictly prohibited from sharing any production data, hence we can neither share any XML or PDF file, nor any screenshot of them.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have correct preview PDF
