Mass Update Not Working For Clearing The Queue (Doc ID 2481180.1)

Goal

Customer has some SR records where they need to change the queue field to an empty value.
Customer is trying to do this using mass update but an error message is raised: Queue: You must supply a value for field Queue of object ServiceRequest
How can this be solved?
