Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transaction Console Blank for all views

Production pod, since R13 upgrade, Our HR teams can get into "Transaction Console" Or Manage Approval HCM Transactions via Setup And Maint, but nothing shows.
All views are blank. Admin is able to view transactions.




EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to see data in the Transaction Console

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Transaction Console
2. Go to Manage Approval Transactions
3. Both views are blank
