New Users Cannot Access Folder, When Part of Group that is a Member of Folder (Doc ID 2481312.1)

In Content and Experience Cloud, new users cannot access a folder when they are part of a group that is added as a member of that folder, however users can see the folder when added directly as a member of the folder.

As Admin, the following error appears when try to add the same group to a test folder.
