Unable To Pull Any Results From OTBI Reports For Workforce-Goals And Workforce-Performance (Doc ID 2481408.1)

Goal

Users have access to Workforce - Goals and Workforce - Performance subject areas but when the build reports using the same, all the reports are coming up without any results. They are able to view all employees' data from both Person Management and Goals and Performance menus under my client groups. What other privileges are needed?

Added below duty roles to custom role

1. FBI_GOAL_MANAGEMENT_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY (Goal Management Transaction Analysis Duty)
2. FBI_PERFORMANCE_MANAGEMENT_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY (Performance Management Transaction Analysis Duty)
3. FBI_TALENT_REVIEW_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY (Talent Review Meeting Real Time Transaction Analysis Duty)
