ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While creating a bill plan to create a contract, I am unable to fetch any values into Contract Organization. The organisation has been created in CDM and as well as receivables.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contract Organization LOV should populate the values available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create Bill Plan
Click on Contract Organization

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Complete Bill Plan creation.
