Symptoms

When attempting to create an instance using PSM, the following error is reported


Timed out after waiting [180] minutes to create Compute resources for Database
Server...[oracle.paas.platform.compute.ocis.exception.OCISProviderException: Compute Error: (400, InvalidParameter, false)
Cannot create a VNIC with hostnameLabel. Subnet ocid1.subnet.oc1.eu-frankfurt-
1.aaaaaaaabbbbbbccccccddddddeeeeeeffffff does not have DNS enabled (opc-request-id:
