Symptoms

Data load mappings import is done from data management data load mappings page.
The excel file used has multiple valid explicit account mappings entries out of which 2 are duplicate entries.
Data load mapping import fail for all the entries with error "Duplicate Mapping Rule Name or Duplicate source value in Explicit mapping." even though
only 2 are duplicate entries.
Expect the error to be displayed only for the duplicate entries and remaining data mappings should get imported successfully.
