Symptoms
On any Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier Instance
A saved Direct Access Cloud Service (DACS) connection works from a physical location, however the following is returned when trying to make a connection from another location:
The server could not be reached.
301: Timeout.
ORA-12170: TNS:Connect timeout occurred...
The speculation is that it is an Oracle issue with range of supported IP's,
