Forgot Your Password - Indicate When Invalid / Non-existing Username Is Entered (Doc ID 2482040.1)

When users forget their password and go to the forgot password page, they sometimes enter their username incorrectly. In such cases, there is no indication that an incorrect username is entered. After requesting for resetting their password, customers will keep waiting for the password recovery email - which will not get sent if an incorrect username is entered.

Is it possible to have a message on IDCS forgot your password page to indicate if a user has entered an incorrect or non-existing username when they are asked to enter their username?
